Opportunity to reduce production costs in cement Plants

The cement industry in Russia is suffering from the
increasing fuel costs. As alternative fuels are one possibility
to reduce clinker production costs, this paper is focusing
on available waste in Russia and a guideline how to use
these waste as alternative fuels.
