PCT Formalities Course

The purpose of this basic seminar is to inform the participants how to prepare an international application for filing under the PCT and subsequently monitor the consecutive procedural steps, timelimits and payment of fees in the PCT international phase up to and including entry into the national phase in designated and elected states.

The seminar aims to give a practical, indepth understanding of the PCT. Participants will have the opportunity to raise questions on all aspects of the procedure as it applies during the international phase and on entry into the national/regional phase. Commonly arising problems and practical solutions will be discussed.
