EIRMA Conference: "Benchmarking R&D Processes 2007"

Summary
Benchmarking is the essence of EIRMA activities. This Special Conference is the second event addressing this vital topic after the workshop in March 2006. The conference is based on the results of the first round, which will be discussed in detail. It focuses on the most urgent questions related to key benchmarking- and performance-indicators that emerged in 2006.

In addition to analysing broad benchmarking data, a discussion of focus topics will be at the centre of the event. Participants will be invited before the conference to contribute their own data and experience (anonymously) for a most effective meeting in Athens.

Following the overwhelming positive feedback from the 2006 meeting we strongly recommend to take this unique chance of exchanging views on central issues of R&D management.
