Leadership has something to do with career and career with the art of leadership. It is a long way to go ahead from manager, senior manager, vice president to board member.

Do you want to know how people think about your leadership style? How you are perceived? What signals you send out unconsciously?

In this seminar you will get insights and impulses which enables you to lead employees, teams, customers, and projects with less effort. According to the principles of experiential learning we will lead you through six hands-on exercises. In five short theoretical sessions we will talk about the underlying metaphors.

Dress Code
The practical exercises will take place in an indoor riding arena. We recommend leisure clothes with closed shoes or sport shoes and adapted to the season or weather.
