Creating value out of patent assets in the Pharma/Biotech landscape: The course provides an overview of all relevant aspects, cases and developments spanning the bridge between patent law and hands-on deal making. The expert-speakers
will address key issues arising around in patents especially in small and medium-size Pharma/Biotech companies, from the patentability of biotech inventions, deal-making tools relating to patentability of biotech inventions to leveraging patents in the Pharma/Biotech Arena. Special emphasis will be given to practical advice for CEO's and patent practitioners in small and medium-size companies where money is in short supply.
