About the cards

People Management Coaching Cards are an innovative and unique coaching tool, which allows you to continue educating your staff even when training budgets are small. It is now more important than ever for managers to know how to engage their staff and create a positive work environment.

Each card contains a question, which has been designed to raise the managers’ awareness of their skills and knowledge level in the areas of:

-          Growth of Staff (Clubs)

-          Appraisals, Motivation (Spades)

-          Knowledge, Planning and Organization (Hearts)

-          People Management (Diamonds)

The cards can be used both by individuals and in peer group meetings to prompt discussion and brainstorming for best practices. They are also a useful tool for management consultants, coaches and mentors in their sessions with their clients.

Each deck consists of 52 cards - like a year consists of 52 weeks. Pick a card every Monday and make it the theme of your week! Use the Aces to give yourself a break.

We have chosen the format of playing cards, in order to create a fun “gift with a twist” that companies can give to their managing staff, and which they in turn can use for their own development.
