B.     Basic Steps of the Craft

1. Types of meetings and 4-dimensional preparation with PRePP: Building agreement about common goal of the meeting (“Auftragsklärung”). Purpose & Results, expected obstacles, Participants. Process.
2. Opening a meeting. Gaining buy-in to the agenda. Warming up a group
3. Agenda building with co-creation

Module 2: Techniques within the Meeting    (day 2)
    C. Powerful questions
    D. Formats for energized information gathering
    E. Recording Information. Pitfalls & abuse of power with the pen
    F. Clustering, evaluating and prioritizing information
    G. Converging towards common goals
    H. Generating Action Items. Tracking Action Items and follow-up
    I.  Closing and debriefing a meeting

Module 3: The Extras for Advanced Facilitators       
(A choice of these topics can be offered as sub-modules of 2 to 6 hours, and module 3.1 as full day):

1. In-depth training with gamified exercises for topics covered in Module 1 + 2, focus topics according to the preferences of the participants.
2. Virtual meetings.
3. Presentation, concise statements with impact and anchoring information by visualization.
4. Handling all kinds of participants - conflict resolution & converging towards common goals revisited - “Life Savers”.
5. Managing the energy in the room. Body language and voice.
6. Cross-Cultural groups.
