The DISC model is an observational tool that helps you recognize an individual’s behavioral style, without having to ask them to fill in a test and analyzing it. Since it is so quick to teach, understand and apply, it is an invaluable tool for team managers in order to learn how to deal better with each individual in their team. It is just as useful for anyone else who wants to improve their relationships with other people.
